Antalya, Bursa, Erzurum, Gaziantep ve Konya' da görevlendirilmek üzere Bölge Temsilcileri arıyoruz.
- Barem'in stratejik amaç ve hedefleri ile tutarlı olarak sorumluluğu altındaki çalışmaları gerçekleştirmek,
- Proje süreçleri ile ilgili yürütülen faaliyetlerin belirlenen hedef, bütçe ve hizmet kalitesinde gerçekleştirilmesine yönelik planlamanın yapılması, eş güdümün sağlanması,
- Kontrol ve takibin yapılması.
GÖREV VE SORUMLULUKLAR :
- Çalışmaların anketörler tarafından gerçekleştirilmesi için anketör eğitimine katılır ve gerektiği durumlarda anketörlere eğitim verir.
- Şehir dışı çalışmalarda idaresi altındaki anketörlerin Merkez Ofis tarafından belirlenmiş kriterler doğrultusunda sevk ve idaresini gerçekleştirir.
- İdaresi altındaki anketörlerin yapmış oldukları anketlerin kalitesinden emin olmak için soru formu kontrollerini ve denetimini yapar.
- Periyodik olarak anketörlere genel anketörlük eğitimleri verir.
- Gerektiği durumlarda üstünün onayı ile anketleri kendisi gerçekleştirir. Gerektiği durumlarda üstünün uygun gördüğü operasyonel işleri gerçekleştirir.
- Çalışma boyunca anketörlere sahada sürekli eşlik eder, anketlerin istenildiği gibi yapılmasını garanti eder

Barem Research International
Barem Research International was founded by Prof. Dr. Orhan Demirhindi, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pervin Olgun and Günay Erfa Kocabaş in Istanbul, 1982.
