- Menü ve reçetelere uygun olarak yemeklerin hazırlanmasında kalite ve standartları sağlamak
- Mutfak ekipmanlarının düzenini ve temizliğini sağlamak.
- Mutfak malzemelerinin stok kontrolünü yapmak ve gerektiğinde sipariş vermek.
- Hijyen ve gıda güvenliği standartlarına uygun çalışmak.
Aranan Nitelikler
