Chief Steward

We are looking for a  Chief Stewarding who is dynamic, creative, pro-active, analytical approached, enthusiastic, innovative and has strong problem-solving skills.

To manage the Stewarding Department as an efficient, and productive cost centre, by maintaining an organised and clean back-of-house area in Food and Beverage and by providing all kitchens, outlets and banquets with clean operating equipment, based on expected business levels.

• At least two years experience in a similar position with an international hotel chain
• Able to communicate with all levels of employees
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Team player
• Self-motivated No military obligation for male candidates
