As Cluster Sales Office Coordinator, you will fully support, from administrative, customer service, and sale lead development perspectives, the Sales team to develop future and repeat business.
Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
As Cluster Sales Office Coordinator, you will fully support, from administrative, customer service, and sale lead development perspectives, the Sales team to develop future and repeat business.
Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Assist the Cluster Commercial Director and Commercial Managers in administration, scheduling programs and organization of the office.
- Become the point of contact to the sales team on the internal and external levels.
- Follow up on each and every piece of business trace dates in its own segment.
- Identify new contacts, develop sales leads, and respond to sales opportunities in order to maximise revenue.
- Develop and maintain productive, service focused working relationships with customers, representing the company and becoming a known point of contact.
- Fully understand the hotel amenities, packages and promotions.
- Produce accurate and timely reports that meet the needs of the Cluster Commercial Director, Commercial Managers and Senior Management to include the reporting of appointments, calls made and business leads
- Arrange and carry out Hotel show rounds.
