Job Description
Responsible for proactively soliciting and managing Sales Division of the Sales Department.
Achieves personal and team-related revenue goals.
Ensures business is turned over properly and in a timely fashion for proper service delivery.
Responsible for driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.
Building successful relationships with clients that generate sales opportunities.
Builds and strengthens relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings.
Activities include sales calls, entertainment, FAM trips, trade shows, etc.Develops relationships within the community to strengthen and expand the customer base for sales opportunities.
Manages and develops relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
Using Knowledge of Market Trends and Target Customer Information to Maximize Revenue Identifies new business to achieve personal and location revenue goals.
Understands the overall market - competitors’ strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, supply, and demand, etc., and knows how to sell against them.
Gains understanding of the location’s primary target customer and service expectations; serves the customer by understanding their business, business issues, and concerns, to offer a better business solution.
Required Skills Positive attitude and good communication skills Fluent Turkish & English is a must Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
Excellent grooming standards Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
Ability to work with own initiative. Experience in a Minimum 2 years experience in 5* International Hotels in similar role
MGS, MARSHA, BONVOY LOYALTY proggrame knowledge is plus
