Position Overview: As a Senior Software Developer specializing in mobile applications engineering, as a CTO/CDO you will lead the team designing, developing, and maintaining of cutting-edge mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet the highest standards of quality and security. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the team designing, developing, and maintaininig of mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of our users (resource planning).
• Ensure adherence to industry best practices and standards in mobile application development.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Manage Kubernetes, Docker containers, and Ubuntu/Windows servers for application deployment and security.
• Utilize MSSQL and PostgreSQL databases for data storage and retrieval, optimizing database performance and scalability.
• Integrate CD/CI pipelines with various tools for automated software delivery, ensuring efficient and reliable deployment processes.
• Develop .NET Core Web APIs for backend services and implement front-end features using the Angular framework.
• Conduct thorough code analysis and quality assurance using tools such as SonarQube, Selenium, and Xray. Implement robust application security measures, including mobile application security expertise, to safeguard user data and privacy.
• Utilize Azure DevOps for project management and version control, ensuring seamless collaboration and coordination within the team.
• Manage the workload and time clocking of the team to ensure efficient project execution and resource allocation.
• Ensure that technical documents are updated following the change management process to maintain accurate documentation of system configurations and changes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in mobile application development for iOS and Android platforms, with a focus on security.
• Expert in SDLC processes, able to coach the team in different disciplines and processes of software development management and processes.
• Expert in Software Development frameworks such as Agile Framework.
• Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, Ubuntu, and Windows server administration. Strong proficiency in MSSQL and PostgreSQL databases, with experience in database design and optimization.
• Experience with CD/CI integration, .NET Core Web API development, and Angular framework.
• Hands-on experience with Payton, Java, and Symphony Framework.
• Expertise in System integration in Healthcare Information System’s (HIS) such as Patient Information Systems (PIS), Hospital Information System (KIS)
• Familiarity with Swift, Kotlin, C#, and other relevant programming languages.
• Knowledge of code analysis and testing tools such as SonarQube, Selenium, and Xray.
• Experience with Azure DevOps for project management and version control.
• Hands-on experience with ChatGPT or similar artificial intelligence integrations is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Telemedicine Devices integration and implementation.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
