For the ongoing and upcoming projects in different cities around Saudi Arabia new teams are being assebmled. For different projects around the country, below positions are being recruited;
The duties of the candidates will be to oversee the coordination of design-related processes, to consult, take part in design and design management, to coordinate between the design consultants and client, to control and manage the cost, time and relevant impacts of the process to the overall project, coordinate and attend related meetings, manage related tenders, follow up with the progress of work during and after the design stage, oversee site activities and coordinate wherever necessary, and prepare related reports and presentations to the clients.

Aranan Nitelikler
- Minimum 10 years experience in design, construction, management, and consultancy fields of the sector
- Fluency in English both in writing and speaking, Arabic knowledge is a plus
- Advanced proficiency in computer skills, MS Office tools and alike
- Knowledge about the local and international market
- To be able to live in Riyadh, Jeddah or Dammam
