Duties & Responsibilities:
- Create, advertise, curate and manage all published content on Google Ads Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube.
- Be able to define the right marketing strategy for real estate business.
- Monitor, listen and respond to users in social way while cultivating leads sales.
- Develop relevant content topics to reach the company’s target customers.
- Manage social media marketing and day to day activities.
- Develop expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts Oversee design [i.e.: social media graphics for Facebook ads, twitter profile, etc.]
- Create and manage an online review funnel for building online reviews and reputation.
- Monitor online reviews and respond to each review timely and with care.
- Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed.
- Reports for management showing results ROI Requirements & skills:
- Minimum 4-year experience.
- Language: English+ Arabic is must - Turkish is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales or Business Administration or similar.
- Professional communication skills.
- Ability to think globally.
- Quick decision making.
- Copy writer.
- Self-motivation, Team player and a having leadership skills.
