DIRECTOR ASSISTANT ( ESKİŞEHİR )

Our client is one of the leader companies Heating sector. For their future development plans, we are looking for a DIRECTOR ASSISTANT ( ESKISEHIR ) .

Our candidate will be responsible from:

* Assistance to Industrial Director;
* Calendar management and travel organizations;
* Coordinate a variety of executive meetings;
* Answer phones and direct all incoming calls to appropriate party promptly and efficiently;
* Preparation of translations.
* Greeting, receiving and guiding visitors.

The successful candidate is required to have the following experience and skills:

- University graduate;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory & warehouse management;
- Must be fluent in all aspects of English, German is a plus;
- Confident & personable with good interpersonal skills;
- Able to set own priorities & take the initiative;
- Very customer service orientated;
- Strong Time Management & organizational skill
