DIRECTOR OF DISTRIBUTION FOR THE REGION OF MIDDLE EAST AND NORTH AFRICA (MENA REGION)

To facilitate the Group’s business operation, we announce a vacancy for the position of Director of Distribution for the MENA region.

Job description:

• He/she shall be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies in the MENA region distribution areas
• He/she shall be responsible for the proper functioning of distribution centers and distribution system for the MENA region in line with the business strategy
• In accordance with the business policy and with the consent of the Business Group Board, he/she approves the proposed conditions of sales, pricing policies, discounts, etc. in the distribution areas
• He/she is responsible for the preparation of business distribution plans and monitoring of their implementation in the MENA region
• He/she participates in the commercial negotiations as needed by individual distribution centers
• He/she maintains contacts with strategic business partners in the distribution areas
• He/she is responsible for organizing adequate monitoring and analysis of market trends and competition
• He/she is responsible for periodic reporting to the Business Group’s Board about the activities in the distribution areas
• Finding new job assignments that fit into the business strategy
• He/she combines and analyzes all information from the area of ??distribution that may have an impact on the future business operations.

Requirements: 

• University degree in business management or economics
• 5 years of experience in distribution of food products,
• Experience in work with leading distribution companies in the region is preferred
• Fluency in English
• Computer literacy
• Excellent organizational and managerial skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel and stay abroad
• Creativity and flexibility
• Driving license - B Category
