Job Description
- Calendar management for executives,
- Aid executive in preparing for meetings
- Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives,
- Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives,
- General organizational and administrative tasks,
- Responsible to support regional team, especially for the preparation and post processing of review meeting, reports and follow ups.
- Preparation and follow-up of Management rounds, committees and meetings (including taking minutes) as well as relief with regard to routine tasks,
- Carrying out internal and external research as well as data acquisition and evaluation,
- Preparation of analysis and decision templates,
- Effective support of the management in entrepreneurial management tasks,
- Organizing and coordinating of the corporate / regional internal and external communication, announcement,
- Organize and prepare meetings (e.g. meeting room, presentations) and write minutes (meeting report),
- Coordinate administrative tasks.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience,
- Proficiency in MS Office program,
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills,
- Strong written and verbal communication skills,
- Advanced level of English,
- Minimum 3 years of experience in related field,
- Good communication and managing skillsAble to take initiative and manage critical processes,
- Self-confident, highly proactive personality.
