Executive Assistant

We are looking for an Executive/Personal Assistant for one of our clients. The company is an international pharmaceutical company in the start-up phase for opening the Turkish Hub. The company deals with production/sales of food supplies, medicine, cosmetics & cosmeceuticals. 

The related candidate will assist this start-up period for the establishment of the company, mainly dealing with giving support to management, enhancing management's effectiveness by providing information, representing the management to the third parties; suppliers, customers, government offices, etc. 

The ideal candidate will

- produce information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying and transmitting text, data & graphics 

- Conserve executive's time by reading, researching, routing correspondence, drafting documents, collecting & analyzing data, initiating telecommunications 

- Represent the management by auditing suppliers, attending meetings, dealing with customers & managing 3rd parties 

- Maintain customer confidence & protect operations by keeping information confidential 

- Complete projects, follow up on results, prepare reports, contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
