İş Tanımı
We are looking for an ambitious and career oriented "Executive Assistant" who will be fullfill below qualifications;
- This position will support to CEO,
- Data analysis and modeling,
- Attending business meetings and preparing minutes of meeting,
- During the meeting; holding the meeting notes and publish in German, Turkish, English(optional),
- Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information; prepare presentations.
- Setting up and following the CEO’s schedule and coordinating with inside / outside contacts accordingly,
- Supporting project development functions,
- Handle requests and queries appropriately.
