- Tercihen Gastronomi - Aşçılık mezunu,
- Hotel ve Restaurant mutfaklarında en az 7-10 yıl deneyime sahip,
- Mesleki trend ve uygulamaları takip eden,
- Hijyen Kuralları ve Gıda Güvenliği konularında ekibine eğitim verebilecek seviyede bilgi sahibi,
- Maliyet kontrol ve reçetelendirme konusunda deneyim sahibi,
- Yöneticilik becerilerine sahip, takım çalışmasını ön planda tutarak hedef odaklı çalışabilen,
- Marka değerini doğru şekilde temsil edebilen ve ekibini motive ederek bu değerler doğrultusunda takım olarak çalışmasını sağlayabilecek,
- Vardiya sistemi içerisinde yoğun iş temposuna ve esnek çalışma saatlerine ayak uydurabilecek,
