Export Manager

Our customer is one of leading company in the marketing of manufactured and imported crop protection products in agricultural sector. They are one of the oldest and well known company in the market with a good reputation and substantial market share in Turkey.

Job Description : 

Executes all export the operation, establishes balanced and sustainable export sales system, explores and develops the possibilities of new business in overseas markets, analyzes the global market trends, develop appropriate regional strategies and execute based on strategic decisions. Monitors the activities of competitors in the market, prepare related reports and offers to senior management. 

• Ensures that all the market researches needed are done for the international markets
• Follows the operational work (order tracking, shipping, manufacturing, etc.)
• Ensures that sales plan and strategic export report are updated every month
• Organize meetings and communicate with existing and prospective new customers to achieve export targets

Required Qualifications : 

• University degree preferably in Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Industrial Engineering and Agricultural Engineering from Crop Protection, Horticulture Departments
• Very good level of English in reading, writing, understanding and speaking
• Effective oral and written communication skills

Knowledge and Experience in :

• Details of the chemical and plant protection industry
• International trade legislation
• Tax and customs legislation
• International Market Information
• Preferably North Africa and the Turkic Republics (of the former Soviet Union)
