Integrate the group strategies into the local strategy and set it into force
Budget and full accounting responsibility of the company
Full responsibility for all cost accounts of the company
Full responsibility for the organization of accounts receivable/payable management
Keep all financial/administrational transactions transparent and auditable at any time
Responsibility for a correct, flawless HR management and administration
Organize and manage the company's fixed assets, cash, stock
Optimize material logistics and stock management
Coordinate company relations with banks, industry and commerce, taxation and other official departments in all financial and administrational matters
Regular, on-time reporting to Ro headquarters in Switzerland
Complete other work ordered by the company’s headquarters
Define procedures to guarantee a smooth, efficient and traceable flow of goods from suppliers to customers
Implement and improve processes based on procedures supported by ERP system (all relevant work processes shall be traceable in the local ERP system)
Setup all necessary entity level controls (according to Robatech rules and add all necessary local controls
Organize and guarantee IT data safety (backup, theft, intrusion and malware defence) for all relevant company data
Organize and support all necessary implementations of new IT software in coordination with Ro HQ
Report all relevant recognized risks to Ro Tutkal to CEO/CFO at headquarters
