We are currently seeking for dynamic, self-motivated Finance and Administration Manager who can assist us to provide account and finance , support the organization in the execution of the administrative activities, advice and expertise to the General Manager and the entire team with the aim of maximizing value and to develop the quality of the accounting and financial requirements.

As a Manager of Finance you are responsible for management of the finance and account operations to meet financial goals, whereby key responsibilities include: 

• Overall management of the accounting records and financial reports of the company, ensuring compliance with  statutory and fiscal requirements and timetable 
• Provide an effective internal control of account system  
• Ensure legal and tax compliance 
• Liaise and co-operate with both Internal and External audits 
• Develop best practice financial accounting and control procedures 
• Support and advice the management team on commercial and financial matters 

Education, and Work Experience 

University degree in Accounts or Economics with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar role. You should have IT knowledge with effective communication skills and an excellent command of written and spoken English and Turkish. 

Report the financial position of the company to the Head Office based in the UK. Liaise with the group Financial Controller and the overseas Financial controller who are based in the UK on matters such as international tax , transfer pricing, international accounting standards, capital planning and treasury matters.

General Qualifications

Knowledge of Management Instruments an Accounting

Knowledge of MS Office and account programs like ETA or Logo or similar.

Knowledge of HR operations policies and procedures that support business needs

Having SMMM licence
