Floor Supervisor

Delivering excellent customer service, at all times

Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation in all back-of-house areas and customer areas

Servicing all bedrooms and corridors, in line with company policy

Creating and working to daily job lists from the room status list, arrivals and departures list

Ideal candidate for this position should,

Have University degree in related fields

Have at least 5 years experience as a Floor Supervisor in international hotel chain

Have English knowlegde Have Computer knowlegde

Be outgoing, dedicated, motivated

Be team player

Be guest service oriented with proactive guest approach
