Foreign Trade and Logistics Specialist

Founded in 2009, Ferra is one of the major players in the special steel market. Our main areas of operation are importing, distributing and trading semi-finished long and flat steel products. We are now looking for enthusiastic new team members to grow our business together.

• Carrying out import/export operations from receipt of order until delivery to the customer,
• Making sure delivery due dates are met,
• Preparing and controlling sales, purchasing and import/export documents,
• Following up orders with suppliers and sharing information with customers,
• Organizing international transportation and insurance,
• Overseeing customsclearance in coordination with the customs agent,
• Following up payments,
• Assisting record of import documents in ERP system,
• Visiting customers, customs, ports and warehouses when necessary.

• Bachelor’s degree from International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, Economics and Engineering departments of reputable universities,
• Advanced written and spoken English,
• Very good command of MS Office (especially Excel and Word),
• Up to 3 years of experience in export-import operations, international transportation and customs procedures,
• Knowledge on Incoterms and international payment methods,
• Familiarity with ERP systems,
• Strong follow-up, coordination and organizational skills,
• Attention to detail, solution-orientation,
• Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively, 
• Energetic, positive attitude and a sense of humor,
• Active driver,
