We are looking for a Teammate for our office located in Anatolian Side of Istanbul who is an Italian Partnered Company, working in Home & Living Category.
RESPONSIBILITY
Will be charged of;

- preparing export documents
- organization of the shipping with existing team members and organize the delivery of suppliers
- Coordinate the shipping with carriers and inform to clients with tracking details
- Provide the coordination with Italian clients for all the requirements for information and documentation
- Will report to Logistic Responsible.

REQUIREMENTS
P.S: Interviews will be done in English (or Italian if possible).
- Good level of English both written and oral, Italian is a plus
- Know to prepare and to issue of Turkish and foreign commercial invoices
- Know how to prepare Packing list
- Know the procedures for shipping abroad
- University Degree from related departments
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Completed military service for male candidates
- Good communication and negotiation skills, able to work in a team
- Driving Licence B
- Able to work overtime if required
- No restriction for travelling in Turkey and Abroad
- Logo experience is a plus
