Job Description

We are looking for an experienced “General Manager” for our fast-growing client in the automotive fleet sector.

Provide leadership and direction to the organization, build and drive continuous improvement on the level of service, process, policy and HR system for the company's long-term sustainable growth.
Gather market intelligence: track company news, industry trends and macro-economic developments,
Preparing financial spreadsheets and charts, analyzing data and financing statements, running models and tools, and writing analytical commentary,

A bachelor degree,
8+ years of work experience in fleet management,
Detail oriented with strong analytical, intuitive investigative and reporting skills,
Strong commercial acumen, with experience in increasing profitability,
High integrity team player with proven ability to execute in a dynamic environment,
Team playerwith strong leadership vision,
Strong communication and organizational skills along with ability to multitask,
Highly proficient in MS Office Excel, PowerPoint and Word,
Strong written and verbal communication both in English and Turkish,
