• Pilsen Pub, built in Hilton Istanbul in 1972, was the home of Istanbul’s first happy hour.
• Muhammad Ali was staying at Hilton Istanbul when he announced his retirement from boxing in 1976.

THE ROLE:

We are looking for a female candidates who will kindly greet and welcome our guests at the entrance of our hotel.

As a Greeter, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and welcoming first impression for our guests. You will be stationed at the hotel entrance and will be responsible for greeting guests, assisting with their needs, and ensuring a smooth arrival and departure experience, collaborating with bell staff to ensure seamless luggage handling, transportation arrangements, and guest assistance. Your warm and professional demeanor, excellent customer service skills, and attention to detail will contribute to the overall guest satisfaction.

What will I be doing?

• Greet arriving and departing guests to and from their accommodations
• Retrieve, transport and  organize guest luggage’s, as needed, according to guidelines
• To assist guests with their transportation on their arrivals and departures.
