Görevler:
- Housekeeping departmanının tüm operasyonlarını yönetmek
- Otelin temizlik ve düzen standartlarını belirlemek ve uygulamak
- Personel eğitimleri düzenlemek ve performans değerlendirmeleri yapmak
- Oda ve genel alanların temizlik ve bakım programlarını planlamak ve uygulamak
- Misafir memnuniyetini sağlamak ve şikayetleri çözümlemek
- Bütçe planlaması yapmak ve maliyet kontrolü sağlamak
