Job Description
We are looking for an HR Specialist for our Multinational Company which is the leader in Railway Sector.
Position Responsibilities
Position Responsibilities
- Responsible for the deployment of the company's HR work, including posts, quota, grading, promotion, recruitmet and go through the formalities;
- Responsible for the accuracy of the staff wages, bonuses, benefits, etc.;
- Responsible for the employee training;
- Responsible for the personnel file management;
- Responsible for formulating relevant rules and regulations on HR;
- Responsible for staff rewards, punishment and other work;
- Responsible for assessing the performance of the departments;
- Responsible for the preparation of recruitment related documents such as employment contracts etc.;
- Responsible for following work permits renewal durations for the expatriate staff;
- Assisting to HR Manager for the preparation of the yearly personnel budget of the company;
- Assisting to HR Manager for the preparation of the policies regarding HR;
- Responsible for the other works related to its profession assigned by HR Manager.
- Replacing the correct staff in correct position
- Payroll, payroll taxes,SGK Transactions etc. prepared in a correct way and done timely
- Contributing HR Manager to improve the employee satisfaction, loyalty and permanency
- Keeping the emplyee turnover in a minimum level
- Making the training needs analysis in a correct way.
Required Skills
Position Requirements
- University Graduate (Reputable Universities - Related Departments such as Business Administration is preferred)
- Master Degree on HR is an asset.
- Having Certification on HR Management is preferred.
- No more than 5 years experience as HR Generalist.
- Fluent in English Language (speaking,writing,reading)
- Proficiency in MS Office Programms especially in Excel.
- Proficiency in Payroll Programs, Logo Payroll Program knowledge is an asset.
- Knowledge of any attendance following program (PDKS) is an asset.
- Knowledge of related Laws and industry rules on contract management, payroll administration, employment mechanism, insurance benefits, and traning and other related contents such as İŞKUR Subventions etc. is an asset.
- Foreign companies working experience is preferred.
- Pro-active, careful, analytic, self-motivated and energetic personality is preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively inter-departmentally and externally with all parties is preffered.
