HSE Specialist

• Facilitates implementation of basic HSE program requirements within the HSE Management System to ensure practical, cost-effective measures are in place within the workplace, and a Safety Culture exists to ensure employees are accountable and responsible for health, safety and environmental conditions and practices.
• Facilitates implementation of the HSE Management System including incident investigations and risk assessments.
• Conducts safety and/or environmental audits and inspects facilities within geographic area of responsibility to ensure a safe working environment and compliance with regulatory laws.
• Distributes literature to implement and promote safety and/or environmental policies and procedures at work place.
• Organize and lead HSE training.
• Conduct Safety Induction course for new Staff.
• Organize tool box meetings.
• Ensure that employees of the company and the contractor respect the HSE regulations.
• Responsible for monitoring and assessing hazardous and unsafe situations and develpoing measures to assure personnel safety on site.
• Presents information and responds to questions or concerns from employees, managers, clients and in case general public.
• Handles special projects, as assigned.

• Should have 2 years HSSE experience, experience in petroleum exploration and production is preferred.
• He/ she will work mainly on site.
• A valid "Safety Certificate" (Type-A) is appreciated.
• Should have no restriction for travelling/ able to relocate. (to İstanbul, Edirne, etc.)
• Should have good analytical skills.
• Should have completed military service.
• Fluent in English.
• Should have strong verbal and written communication skills
