Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Manager role located in Istanbul, Turkey. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment, development, and retention of talent, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. The Human Resources Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures, as well as providing guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Experience managing employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
- Experience in recruitment and talent development
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Human Resources management
- Experience in the tourism, real estate, or medical treatment industry is a plus
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills in English and Turkish
- Turkish Nationality or citizenship.
