İş Tanımı
- Having an active role in Recruitment process; preparing/posting recruitment advertisements and coordinating recruitment related events/activities, screening resumes of potential candidates, conducting face to face competency based interviews and reference check process
- Executing Orientation process
- Participate in preparation, implementation and execution of all HR related projects
- Tracking Employee Engagement and Internal Communication activities
- Preparing weekly/monthly/yearly recruitment reports
Aranan Nitelikler
- University degree preferably in relevant fields from a reputable university (MS degree is a plus)
- 2-4 years of HR experience, especially in the field of Recruitment
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Applications (Oracle ERP applications experience is a plus)
- Excellent command of verbal and written English
- Familiar with executing in a multinational and matrix organization
- Team-oriented with excellent planning/organization and analytical skills, strong communication/interpersonal skills, good at reporting
- High energy and motivation to work in a challenging and fast-paced multinational environment and oriented for continious improvement of HR systems
- Receiving at least A in the last performance evaluation period
- No military obligation for male candidates
