- minimum 2 years of experience in export sales, export operations and documentations.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to help understand clients' needs, constantly interact with potential buyers, and build long-term rapport
- Ability to research and analyze the trends in the market and take appropriate decisions or suggest recommendations
- Strong presentation-skills, positive attitude, and ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Experienced in working closely with supply chain and operational teams
- Experienced in using a CRM tool for all sales cycles
- Experienced in using SAP

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensure optimal level of all sales services to customers and distributors
- Service existing accounts, prepare offers and obtain orders by planning and organizing daily work schedule together with internal teams
- Follow up on customer payments, ensure the financial debts are in accordance with the company’s and the customer’s accounts
- Monitor and manage international tender processes
- Evaluate all customer issues and provide optimal solutions to resolve
- Keep management informed by submitting activity and result reports
- Coordinate with the manager to determine an efficient business plan to achieve all annual sales goals
- Focus on market research, to find new customers, new markets, and new opportunities.
- Prepare all reports for new markets and analyze all competitor activities
- Prepare plans to ensure compliance to all sales targets
