We are looking forward to expanding our export sales team with a passionate team member who wants to be a part of a growing company in the medical device industry. 

We are looking for professionals who are smart, confident, easy-going, result-oriented, and self-initiator. 

Here is the list of skills of a person we are searching for:
  • minimum 2 years of experience in export sales, export operations and documentations.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to help understand clients' needs, constantly interact with potential buyers, and build long-term rapport
  • Ability to research and analyze the trends in the market and take appropriate decisions or suggest recommendations
  • Strong presentation-skills, positive attitude, and ability to work in a target-driven environment
  • Experienced in working closely with supply chain and operational teams
  • Experienced in using a CRM tool for all sales cycles
  • Experienced in using SAP

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure optimal level of all sales services to customers and distributors
  • Service existing accounts, prepare offers and obtain orders by planning and organizing daily work schedule together with internal teams
  • Follow up on customer payments, ensure the financial debts are in accordance with the company’s and the customer’s accounts
  • Monitor and manage international tender processes
  • Evaluate all customer issues and provide optimal solutions to resolve
  • Keep management informed by submitting activity and result reports
  • Coordinate with the manager to determine an efficient business plan to achieve all annual sales goals
  • Focus on market research, to find new customers, new markets, and new opportunities.
  • Prepare all reports for new markets and analyze all competitor activities
  • Prepare plans to ensure compliance to all sales targets
