We are looking for dedicated Inbound Customer Representatives to manage incoming orders for an international top player fast-food brand. In this role, you will handle calls from customers abroad. You will be working the night shift, so make sure you're a night owl before applying for this position! We have a variety of shifts available, full-time opportunities.

- Receiving and managing inbound calls from customers
- Assisting the customers’ demands with order placement
- Providing accurate information about menu items and promotions
- Ensuring orders are processed efficiently and without error
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction during each interaction
- Conveying the issue to the relevant units when necessary

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

- Willingness and ability to work during night shift
- Previous experience of working the night shift (preferred)
- Advanced communication skills in English, as the role involves interaction with international customers
- A quiet, distraction-free environment and reliable internet connection with a speed of at least 50 Mbps or access to suitable infrastructure
- Previous experience in the call center industry (preferred)
- Being prone to teamwork
