Position:Title: Female English Teacher
Type: Full-Time (8 am - 5 pm)
Location: Istanbul (specific locations include ACIBADEM, BAHÇEŞEHİR, BEYLİKDÜZÜ, ALKENT 2000, FLORYA)

Job Description: We are looking for dynamic, bilingual English teachers who are enthusiastic about teaching young children.
As a teacher at AIKA, you will be responsible for:Teaching a variety of classes including Foreign Languages, Storytelling, Art, and Music.
Designing and implementing creative lesson plans that engage and inspire children.
Using interactive and hands-on teaching methods to make learning fun and effective.
Creating a warm and welcoming classroom environment where children feel safe and valued.
Collaborating with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience.
Communicating effectively with parents about their child's progress and development.

Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum Delivery: Teach a full range of subjects including Foreign Languages, Storytelling, Art, and Music.
Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and energetic classroom atmosphere.
Student Engagement: Encourage active participation and creativity among students.
Communication: Interact comfortably with children and parents, providing feedback and updates.
Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.

Requirements:
Experience: Previous experience as a Preschool Teacher or in early childhood education.
Experience in teaching languages, art, or music is highly valued.
Education: Degree in Teaching, Literature, or related fields. TESOL/TEFL/CELTA/DELTA certifications are preferred.
Skills: Strong command of spoken English with excellent pronunciation.
Familiarity with technology such as Google G-suite and Classroom.
Attributes:Passionate about working with young children.Ability to interact effectively using body language and expressions.
Enthusiastic, creative, and playful teaching style.
Warm, kind, and charismatic personality.High level of accountability and integrity.
Adaptable and hardworking with a professional demeanor.

Physical ability to move freely and sit on the floor as needed.
