International Sales Account Manager

DEVSEL is one of the leading global narrow elastics company, located in Istanbul, equipped with all technical and logistical infrastructure, producing range of elastics and rigid bands for women lingerie, men underwear, sportswear, swimwear, medical products and technic textile since 2005. Our company exports to more than 30 countries around the world and is constantly growing with our experienced team.
We are looking for team members for our Sales Department who will be in charge of the roles & responsibilities defined as below;

* In this context, researching potential customers in the related markets, designing relevant sales plans and customer visits.
* Entering customer orders into the system, following all customer requests after sales, monitoring the stages on the system within the scope of end-to-end production processes and providing the necessary information flow.
* Supporting commercial marketing activities to support sales targets (exhibition, social media, website, catalog etc.)
* Keeping records of customer complaints and follow-up with all responsible units.
* Conducting market researches on industry dynamics and competitor analysis, reporting to management
* Regular reporting of all sales activities to the management

* Bachelors university degree, preferably in Faculties of Economics and Administrative Sciences or related discipline)
* Minimum three years of working experience in direct sales, preferable related areas in textile.
* Strong in communication, problem solving and negotiation skills
* Attentive to details, customer-oriented, positive and proactive working attitude.
* Good organizational and analytic skills
* Able to use MS Office programs effectively
* Good command of written and spoken English
* Having no obstacles to travel abroad
* Residing on the European side of Istanbul is preferable.
* Completion of military service for male candidates.
