This position is responsible for receiving and processing all the forms containing contact information of "High Potential International Investors" and closing the sales process of real estate projects in Turkey.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

- Calling International Potential
- Client forms coming through digital marketing or direct marketing
- Booking Phone Call / Video Call appointments
- Understanding the need of the potential investors
- Presenting property projects through video calls or at the office according to the needs
- Following up the potential client list on CRM Software
- Using ZOHO CRM actively (Training for ZOHO will be provided)
- Working on schedule with the assitance of CRM
- Creating Project Offers (PDFs) for the investors
- Writing content/descriptions for the property projects
- Collabrating with developers & Collecting updated offers
- Landing clients to Istanbul, arranging hospitality, and setting project tripsProviding after sale services; Title Deed Registry, Documentation, Notarization, Translations etc.
- Actively presenting and selling the real estale projects

Aranan Nitelikler
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Fluent ENGLISH Language is MUST. Arabic, Farsi, Russian or Urdu language is plus.
- Excellent written communication and email skills in ENGLISH
- At least one year background in Sales.
- Previous work experience in Real Estate and/or completion of a Real Estate program helpful.
- Computer Literacy: Proficient in the use of Microsoft Windows Tools, and Google Drive.
- ZOHO CRM background is Plus.
- Behaivor: must be professional in appearance and manner.
- Must be multi-task oriented and organized.
- Must speak articulately and possess the ability to clearly and politely communicate on the telephone.
- Knowledge and understanding of Sales/Rental agreements and contracts
- Having Valid Driving Licence is a plus
- A dynamic, energetic and confident individual
- Team player, keen to learn and share ideasAmbitious, able to negotiate, and keen to close deals
