• Identify all impacted stakeholders and enables collaboration between them to understand their needs and influence decisions.
• Define and understand the big picture and define requirements from a business and customer/user perspective.
• Define and maintain the requirements backlog for the product (master story list-MSL) with constant inputs from the Product Owner (PO), to ensure that the stream of work for the team remain up-to-date, and information and knowledge is being captured at the right level.
• Create story maps, scenarios and flows to capture the rich picture of either a group of stories that make up the minimum viable product (MVP), or a group of stories that make up a particular software release. Facilitates stories and features to be iteratively added to the product to add overall value.
• Perform business analysis tasks using techniques that enable a highly iterative delivery approach of continuous requirements identification and just-in-time definition of requirements.
• Continuously facilitate the prioritization of scope with the PO and ensure that all requirements support the delivery of business value, fulfill goals and objectives, and meet stakeholder needs.
• Ensure that a story has been completed to satisfaction, and to the defined business value, by testing the story according to the acceptance criteria throughout the story implementation.
• Understand problems enough to determine cause and provide appropriate solutions and identify opportunities for improvement across the product and processes.
• Measure and evaluate solutions for value and opportunities.
• Ensures agile rituals (stand-ups, retrospectives, estimation sessions, show cases, quality and risk assessment sessions etc.) are take place regularly.

• Bachelor’s Degree Required
• Business Analysis experience with a strong emphasis around new software development
• Experience in a true Agile / Scrum / XP environment where Test Driven Development (TDD) and similar “test first” techniques and methods are employed. Ability to focus on delivering effective business value as quickly as possible through the application of agile practices, principles and lean thinking.
• Ability to understands detailed requirements in terms of Agile user stories, able to answer 'why' a certain story is played and how a given story can achieve the said business value to all team members such as QA, developer, technical lead, at the right level and at the right time.
• Proven skill and effectiveness in requirements gathering, definition, business planning, data analysis, process analysis, business and functional requirements analysis, system design, testing implementation, end-user interviews and change management.
• Provide lightweight documentation to capture important context on the project domain, whenever necessary.
• Able to create low-fidelity (lo-fi) prototypes to convey story intent.
