- Assisting installations and management of new PC’s printers, servers
- Direct contact with the branch managers and central IT support services
- Ability to making yearly and annual reports to central IT and branch managers
- Ability to understand local programs and teach the newcomers accordingly
- Keeping fixed asset report
- CCNA level network knowledge
- Performing standard maintenance
- Analyze the failed equipment and taking the appropriate action
- Logging the support calls and manage the tickets with the ITSM ticket system
- Proficient in windows 10 and windows server 2016
- Good phone and email etiquettes
- Advanced level of english is a MUST!
