Job Description

We are looking for an "IT Services Manager" for our global company operating in logistic sector.

Leader of infrastructure support team of the country,
People management
Stakeholder Management and communication with local business management
Facilitate collaboration between Local infra support team and rest of Global IT within infrastructure support team
Gatekeeper for Global IT strategy and standards
Gather requirements for global Infrastructure solutions and influence pipeline for development (Early detection and planning)
Ensure transparency of the Cost of IT (local)
Report any issue that could significantly impact the business to the Senior IT manager
Organise the team to deliver priorities and ensure optimal resources utilizations
Ensure proper and regular communication towards employees and Business
End user support 2nd level (First level support is in the global service desk)
Purchase hardware end user equipment
Prepare all hardware related to end users ( PCs, thin clients, Printers, RF scanners or any other hardware)

Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent Computer Science studies.
5 years experience managing IT teams
Background in IT and / or have managed IT projects
Structured and professional
Communicate easily with all kinds of stakeholders
Multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously
Leadership skills
Attention to detail
Conflict resolution skills
Experience in an international environment with strong focus on local infrastructure support
Willing to travel
Communicate fluently in English
