Lawyer

We are seeking a senior associate to join our Law Office based in Istanbul with experience in qualified and complex matters, including but not limited to corporate law, commercial contracts and litigation.

The position offers a chance to take part in:

- Providing legal advice in connection with day-to-day operations of multinational companies mainly in connection with corporate and contracts law
- Attending negotiations relating to the contracts,
- Mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions
- Providing corporate secretarial services
- Commercial litigation

The applicant should have:

- Law degree from a reputable law school
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Excellent command of written and spoken English (second language command is a reason for preferable)
- Advanced skills in communication, meticulous approach, high sense of responsibility and follow-up
- Ability to work after hours if and when required
- No military obligation for male candidates
- No restriction to travel
