We are looking for a Turkish Logistics & Crew Coordinator who can assist our Offshore Jackup Rig operation at Silvri, Istanbul.

He should be experienced on

Cost Effective Crew Change Coordination - using most cost effective and convenient travel plans, Visa, Hotel, meals, flights and ensuring all Crew documentation / certification is complete and valid at all time.
Coordinating and monitoring supply chain operations.
Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers etc. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction.
Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements
Arrange cost effective travel plan and arrangements for the Rig Crew's joining and departing to meet crew change schedules.
Arrange visas, Hotel bookings, transportations, vaccinations and training for the Rig Crew whenever is required.

Aranan Nitelikler

Graduation
Minimum 4 to 6 Years' experience in an Offshore Marine Industry mandatory
Must be experienced in Crew Change coordination and Supply Chain operations
Very organized, able to multi-task, willing to work flexible hours, can cope well under pressure, good attention to detail.
Excellence in interpersonal, communication and planning skills.
Computer literate and Can work with multi-cultural environment.
