Logistics First Mile Senior Specialist

The role will supervise and coordinate end-to-end B2C logistics for cross-border movements from Turkiye to abroad.

Quality control and operational auditing of suppliers,
Ensuring the sustainability of daily operations with agility and high performance,
Checking whether the work is done in accordance with the system,
Taking the necessary actions to prevent possible disruptions, analyzing if necessary and developing areas for improvement,
Follow-up of stock and order management,
Taking action if the supply period is extended or not provided,
Maintaining and improving the current reporting system
Checking compliance with OHS rules.

Preferably graduated from relevant departments of universities,
At least 5 years of experience in the field of cargo logistics,
Experienced in e-commerce operations,
Experienced in warehouse management, stock and order planning,
Proficient in MS Office, Cargo and Warehouse Software applications,
Have English speaking skills,
Result-oriented, with decision-making and problem-solving skills.
