We are looking for a Maintenance Sales Representative for our growing team. Main responsibility of the candidate will be to Protect and grow the maintenance revenue stream.

Key responsibilities
- Protect and grow the maintenance revenue stream
- Process maintenance renewal activities following defined processes and systems, ensuring timely and accurate maintenance renewals are in place for all open agreements.
- Process maintenance renewal activities following defined processes and systems, for prioritized inactive customers.
- Adhere to Company standards and procedures such as pricing approvals, monthly pipeline reviews, forecasts.
- Manage renewal negotiations
- Provide and maintain maintenance business KPIs.
- Serve as liaison between customers and the company departments to resolve escalated questions and issues and to maximize maintenance revenue.

Candidate Profile
- 2 Years minimum Sales or Telephone sales experience ideally in a similar role.
- Customer service or support experience is appreciated
- Experience of working with and understanding contracts
- Military Service should be completed for male candidates.
