In charge of the Mechanical profiles and participate in the construction of composite material production line, equipment installation and debugging, and so on.Designs mechanical and electromechanical products and systems by developing and testing specifications and methods, and continuously improve, update the machine to improve according to the requirements of the process engineer and production team.Develops mechanical and electromechanical products by studying customer requirements; researching and testing manufacturing and assembly methods and materials; and soliciting observations from operators.Keeps all equipment and machines operational by coordinating TPM and scheduled maintenance; following manufacturer’s instructions and established standard operation procedures. Make annual and monthly maintenance plans and implement them, spare parts and documentary management, and achieve the season and annual target operation rate of lines. Achieve the annual target of yield, quality and cost together with production team. Keep on learning to be enhance professional level, and train and supervise the mechanical technicians.Provides engineering information by answering questions and requests. Maintains product and company reputation by complying with government regulations. Ensuring machines comply with safety and quality standards and performing risk assessments.Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee. Devote the whole of his time and attention to the business of the Company, use his best endeavors to promote the interests of the Company, and comply with all lawful instructions given to him by the Company or any of its duly authorized representatives.

At least Bachelor degree. Major in Chemical Machinery and Engineering or Mechanical and electrical engineering.At least five years’ work experiences of production, machine design, manufacturing, maintenance, and modification in the factory, preferred in the fields of chemical fiber, fabric/textile and composite made by high-performance fiber. Capability of optimize the machine or equipment to enhance efficiency and improve process, designing and drawing the equipment and its parts, manufacturing and debugging independently.Be familiar with textile and fabric machinery, and common chemical machinery. Be familiar with various motors and pumps, various gear box, gear reducer and worm, driving and screwing systems, heaters, chillers and hydraulic press and hydraulic system. Be Proficient in fault analysis and debugging, documentary management and planned maintenance of electrical engineering and control system.Be proficient in machinery documentary management, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and process of planned maintenance. Be proficient in mechanical drawing software of AutoCad, SoildWorks, ProE, and etc. Familiar with HSE (health, Safety and Environment) policy and execution. Hard-working, Integrity, dedicated, good at thinking. Strong ability of communication and coordination, and good leadership in the factory.
