Job Description:
For our pre-pilot prior to the market launch we seek a small group of motivated brand management interns to uncover consumer insights and deliver innovative ideas in the design of our brand experience. In this role, you create customer personas, help design the value proposition of our services, test service components, provide feedback about your experience and come up with creative ideas on how to design the customer experience in our experiential learning programs:
Tasks:
- Analyse how our brand can be positioned in the market
- Crystallise potential consumer insights, perceptions and drivers in customers´ choice
- Create ideal consumer experience elements in cooperation with the program design team
- Identify key issues and opportunities for improvement in the existing educational program prototype in terms of customer experience
- Brainstorm new and innovative implementation and brand strategies
- Help create an effective brand plan and kick-off campaign for the upcoming program launch and spreading of Dual´s brand in the Turkish market

Aranan Nitelikler
- Excellent language skills in English (oral and written) and good communication skills
- Ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and deep understanding of the full marketing mix
- Interest in brand management, service and customer experience design
- Comfortable to work independently and collaborate in a virtual team
- Action-oriented and creative nature, positive work attitude, willingness to demonstrate high commitment and eager to generate impact
