MECHANICAL FIELD ENGINEER / SUPERVISOR

Examine and interpret the mechanical part of the Project.
Control the quality of works performed on the site.
Plan, establish schedules and assign work, considering requirements and priorities.
Lead duty of mechanic team in the Project,
Provide guidance and training and ensure fair and equitable treatment of staff. Manage and document employee performance and develop associated recommendations
Utilize most effective equipment, considering skills of staff, to cost-effectively achieve objectives while concurrently implementing efforts to continuously improve performance.
Ensure that the project is done according to expected standards and legal requirements with required quality, quantity, time and cost
Review equipment capabilities, methods and processes, and make recommendations regarding feasibility of utilizing alternative approaches, modifying or replacing equipment to reduce costs or improve quality.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering,
Min. 5 years of field experience in construction including 2-3 years in water projects,
Very good command of written and spoken English,
Excellent written, spoken and reporting skills in English
Strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills,
Effective planning and organization,
Able to work in a multinational environment with employees from different cultures,
Residence or able to work in Denizli
