Solid Travel Company is looking for a full time MICE project manager in Istanbul office.
- To contact clientele for MICE and wedding industries from CIS market countries,
- Draft and present proposals to agency partners abroad,
- Project follow-up and correspondence,
- Organisation of inspection/welcome before the project
- Project preparation, correspondence, agreements, contracts and negotiations with the hotel and suppliers, starting from the project confirmation stage
- Flawless execution of project operations
- To provide reconciliations, invoicing and reports at the end of the project
Aranan Nitelikler
- To be fluent in Russian (preferably) /English (speaking and writing skills)
- Communication skills (correspondance and verbal)
- Honesty/accuracy
- Good human relations
- Strong work ethic / committed to ethical values
- To be a team player
- Analytical thinking ability
- Strong motivation/proactivity
- Flexible / ability to adapt quickly
- To be resident in Istanbul
- Inexperienced candidates are welcomed, a little experience in travel industry is advantage
