MICE Sales Assistant (Assistant to Conference Manager)

An official Antalya based Tursab travel agency - American owned- and focused on western markets for conferences and tours.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Read through emails and create tasks in Daylite Software,
• Research locations and prices as required by the Executive,
• Find location photos for mailchimps as requested,
• Participate onsite during large conference groups,
• Preparing nametags, folders, printouts for conference customers,
• Make registration edits in Jotform,
• Be responsible for preparing proposals/agreements for executive to review before sending,
• Use Daylite templates to request proposals from hotels and enter them into the system,
• Create info sheets both in Daylite and in Pages (for proposals) for existing or new properties,

• At least 2 year university degree from a related field,
• Good command of English,
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
• Experienced in Apple Mac OSX
• Excellent communication skills,
• Proactive, multi-tasking and result-oriented,
• Understanding of customer needs and satisfaction
