We are looking for a ‘Multiproperty Director of Sales & Marketing’ who will be responsible for Ajwa Sultanahmet & Ajwa Cappadocia.

Education and Experience Required: 
  • 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 5 years experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area.
  • At least 2 years experience in a similar position in a 5-star luxury hotel
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English
Preferred:
  • Demonstrated skills in supervising a team.
  • Lodging sales experience.
  • Hotel industry work experience, demonstrating progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance.
  • At least 2 years degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Tourism Management or other related area Self-confident, responsible, well-developed verbal expression and representation skills,
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Result driven, proactive and reliable personality
  • Being always attentive to look professional and well-groomed
  • Ability to work harmoniously in a team-based environment
  • Excellent analytical skills and confidence in manipulating data in Excel and other tools
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry and market trends

  • Identifying new travel trade & corporate business to achieve personal and hotel revenue goals.
  • Understanding the overall market - competitors’ strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, supply and demand etc. and knows how to sell against them.
  • Developing positive relationships with clients
  • Generating and maintaining customers through various sales activities like face to face sales calls, telephone calls, entertainment, etc.
  • Closing the best opportunities for the hotel based on market conditions and hotel needs.
  • Implementing and executing all sales objectives and action plans to reach and exceed set targets
  • Acting as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
  • Generating new business using existing and potential customer network
  • Supervising the team to ensure sales increase
  • Preparing weekly report about the accounts and their production.
  • Monitoring sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Suggesting actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
  • Efficient and friendly support to other Team Members in the other departments
