The role we are looking to recruit will work in a small team based in Besiktas for a well respected company of over 30 years experience called IMAJ.

IMAJ entered into an agreement with a UK based company 6 months ago to create a joint business servicing in the delivery space the interests of cinema exhibitors (eg Mars entertainment) and film companies (Studios such as Disney and Distributors such as BKM).

This joint business is fast growing and dynamic and has been successful at establishing itself in Turkey in just a few months. Due to the fact we are growing we need to hire talented, enthusiastic people.

Responsibilities

•       Liase with cinemas by phone regarding matters such as the impending delivery of films and information updates such as site openings
•       Offering telephone support to cinema personnel if they have technical issues by passing on their enquiry to help desk team
•       Assisting CR Manager with updating the information ,on spreadsheet and in time a database , with key information for our customers
•       Keep abreast of the Turkish film market in terms of film releases for local and international releases and assisting the CR Manager with logging this information
•       Producing Customer Support reports for management and customers as required
•       Liaising with our engineers as required
•       Keep accurate records of any issues cinema personnel raise as regards the delivery of any content
•       Attending industry events,as required and directed by CR Manager
•       Keeping files ,and updating as necessary, of important information such as contracts

Good spoken and written English and  Turkish Language Skills

Good Telephone Manner

Basic knowledge of standard PC hardware

Basic knowledge of Windows Software

Ability to problem solve in a potential stressful environment

Ideally have previously worked in role a customer service team or Help Desk /Support role customer facing NOT technical.

Have an interest in film and cinema
