Görevler:
- Gece boyunca otel operasyonlarını denetlemek
- Misafirlerin gerçekleşen check-in ve check-out işlemlerini kontrol etmek
- Günlük raporları hazırlamak ve yöneticilere sunmak
- Misafirlerin sorularını yanıtlamak ve sorunlarını çözmek
- Otel politika ve prosedürlerine uygun olarak işlemleri gerçekleştirmek
