Job Description

*To observe and ensure all colleagues are performing their duties in accordance with established hotel policies and procedures. *To ensure all hotel room inventory, daily occupancy, rate structure, targeted monthly and annual revenues, and monitor daily house count and expected Arrivals / Departures (in particular VIPs).
*To ensure Guest VIP codes assignment and preferences.
*To be responsible for the inspection of all VIPs accommodations ensuring all details are captured based on guest preferences. *To support Front Office during busy check-in and check-out times, ensuring personalized and professional service delivery to our guests at all times
*To ensure management presence in the lobby in order to build positive relations with our guests by encouraging their feedback and to provide effective support to our team.
*To welcomes designated VIPs and escort them to their accommodations.
*To lead in the event of an emergency and ensure procedures are followed and respected based on Safe Manual
*To approve and/or disapprove prospective guests when their behavior or character is questionable.
*To assist in the rooming of guests during heavy arrivals and the checking in / out of guests during peak periods.
*To perform any and all functions in all divisions when needed.
*To posses working knowledge of all computer systems (SMS, Key System, HotSOS etc.).
*To interview and recruit candidate when needed To promote a climate of enthusiasm in the work place.
*To constantly monitor scores of all audit and implement necessary actions.
*To know all hotel features/services, hours of operation.
*To know hotel restaurant food concepts, menu price range, dress code and ambiance.
*To monitor service delivery by implementing action plans to meet and exceed our guests expectations.
*To oversee the daily briefing of information important to the smooth operation of the Front Office section and hotel.
*To ensure guest complaints and comments are handled or monitored until full guest satisfaction is achieved.

Required Skills

*At least 5 years in a similar position at a resort hotels
*Excellent communication skills both in Turkish & English Experience in team management
*Hospitality Management University Degree
*Excellent personal presentation and communication skills
*Calm, efficient, and organized with great attention to detail Conflict resolution experience
