We are hiring part time call center representativeWorking at night is a requirement for this position

JOB DESCRIPTION
Handling incoming phone calls on behalf of a sales company from abroad. Incoming calls related to the company's products and services. Main duties include answering customer inquiries, providing product information, processing orders from home or other remote location. In this role, agents must have excellent communication skills in English, as they will be interacting with customers on the phone. They should have a good knowledge of the company's products and services. (This information will be provided in FCS training section) In addition to primary duties, the remote representatives must also ensure that they have a reliable and secure internet connection and a quiet and distraction-free work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
  • Advanced level of English language skills.
  • Must have fluent speaking and listening skills in English.       
  • Having a bachelor’s degree or being a student in university.      
  • Computer skill in basic level.
  • Preferably experienced in marketing, sales, customer relations and management.     
  • Sales Specialist will be handling incoming calls from overseas.       
  • Ensuring communication with the potential customers by phone.
  • Preferably experienced in Inbound calls.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and calmly attend to customers’ needs.       
  • Being patient and solution oriented.
  • Effective organizational skills and prone to teamwork.       
  • Can work 5 hours between 01.00AM – 05.00AM or 02.00AM – 06.00AM
  • Resident in Turkey and living in Izmir, Ankara, Istanbul, Manisa or Aydin
