Job Description
The A.P.Moller-Maersk Group comprises of different business activities, one of which is Maersk Line – a world leading container carrier.
Maersk Line Black Sea Cluster organization is looking for an enthusiastic Process Excellence Analyst to join our cluster process excellence department and lead our drive for continuous improvement.
Your main responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
• To be an enabler for the organisation to continuously optimise the Maersk Line business system for the benefit of our customers, shareholders and employees
• To encourage and lead continual improvement activities, ensuring that the MAERSK improvement system becomes the way we work, and being an active ambassador for the Process Excellence mindset
• Understanding business needs, and deploy Process Excellence capabilities to address these
• To support the organisational roll out of Process Excellence
• To stimulate an environment for innovation
• To contribute to the optimisation of the Maersk Line global process landscape through sharing of good practice
• To ensure the Voice of Customer and the Voice of Process becomes an integrated part of our solutions, including identifying gaps between the customers experience and their expectations, needs and wants
• To take responsibility for the progress of the implementation of global leap initiatives within the country cluster, ensuring that the identified value is delivered
• Support cross-functional business priorities
• Assuming any other tasks and responsibilities assigned by process excellence manager

Required Skills
Qualifications
• University degree
• Good command of both written and spoken in Turkish and English are a prerequisite
• Analytical skills enabling to analyze problems, provide alternatives, recommendations and implement solutions
• Active team player, with sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure
• Multi-tasking and prioritizing to meet deadlines/targets in an organized manner, seeking new solutions and open to new ideas
• Good command of MS applications (especially MS Excel)
• Extrovert personality and willingness/enthusiasm for workshop and training facilitation
• Convincing personality and ability to influence without formal authority
• Project Management experienced applicants preferred
